1.  Discovery.  Submit an inquiry form and then I'll schedule a call within a few days where we can get to know each other and dive deeper into what you really want--your travel style, priorities, needs and desires.

2.  Creation. A proposal with 2-3 quotes will be prepared to include accommodations, transfers, activity, tours and experiences. You can pick a proposal and we can work on revising it 1-2 rounds to align with your vision.

 3.  Confirm. Once you approve the proposal, I will work with my travel partners to book all parts of your trip. I will collect your payments securely along with reviewing terms & conditions.

4.  Anticipate. I will continue to craft your trip with periodic updates and insider recommendations on what to see, do, and taste in your destination. I will help you get the details of preparation in line with checklists and emails. I'm with you through it all!
